Inner West Studios is located on Princess Highway (400M past IKEA) and it is housed in an impressive art deco building that used to be the TEMPE branch of the CBA bank. There are 15 studios on the first (1st) floor; some of the rooms have been the bank manager’s residence while the other studios are open space and full of light. The whole area is air-conditioned and it is fire and security alarmed: back to base. All artists enjoy all the facilities including kitchen with all the equipment as well as environmental sand filters for acrylic paint. Access is 24/7 by a security Fob issued to each artist. there are CCTV cameras both internally and externally. .

Parking is available off street with ample spaces available on the adjoining side street. There is a secure 6 pack bike rack on site. Minimum rentals are for six (6) months. Minimum studios size 11sq.m – max 20sq.m.
